1. “How do you select the experts you recommend?”
We carefully vet and handpick experts from our network based on your specific project needs and requirements. Each expert is selected for their experience, relevance, and suitability for your project.

2. “What is the commission rate, and when is it charged?”
For expert placements and screenplay reviews we charge a flat commission of 20% of the expert’s fee. The commission is charged once you confirm you are happy with the expert and wish to proceed. However, we won’t charge commission for expert appearances on cases we identify.

3. “Can we review multiple experts before making a decision?”
Yes, we provide you with details of the expert we believe is best suited to your project. If necessary, we can offer alternative options until you’re fully satisfied.

4. “How long does the expert selection process take?”
The timeframe can vary depending on your specific requirements, but we aim to provide a shortlist of suitable experts within 72 hours of receiving your completed requirements form. The identification of cases is likely to take longer.

5. “What happens if the expert doesn’t meet our needs after we've paid the commission?”
If any issues arise after you've engaged the expert, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, including sourcing a replacement expert if necessary.

6. “Are the expert fees included in your commission, or are they separate?”
Our commission is separate from the expert’s fee. The expert’s fee is agreed upon once you select them, and our commission is a percentage of that fee.

7. “Can the expert work remotely or travel for filming?”
Yes, many of our experts are flexible and can work remotely or travel, depending on the project’s needs. Travel and other expenses will be discussed and agreed upon directly with the expert.

8. “Do you offer any discounts for repeat or long-term projects?”
We are happy to discuss long-term or repeat collaborations. Please contact us to explore potential discounts or tailored pricing for ongoing projects.

9. “Will we be charged if the cases you identify don't match our criteria?”
No, if the cases we provide don't meet the criteria you originally specified, we won't charge you for them. Our goal is to ensure you receive cases that align with your needs, and you will only be charged for cases that match your requirements. Whether you then go on to use the cases, is separate to them not meeting your search criteria.

10. “What support do you provide after the expert is placed?”
We offer ongoing support throughout the project, including facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise during filming.
